Our greatest asset is our staff, because at Birmi Flying Academy we believe an institute can never be better without good instructors, so we hire highly trained & experienced  instructors. We believe that the best instructors are those who love teaching as much as they love flying; are motivated by a genuine interest in their profession, the joy of teaching,  the pride of accomplishment; and are more concerned about their students than their own personal goals and ambitions.

A good instructor's priorities should be providing quality training to the students, not just building flight hours at the student's expense. Most important, a good flight instructor should be sensitive to the cost of flight training and be able to complete a student on schedule and within budget.

The continued success of our flight school has been due to the stability and ongoing quality and professionalism of our instructor staff. At BFA students are assigned to only one instructor. Each student receives personalized attention from his or her instructor as well as from the entire staff. We truly care about each and every one of our students.
